At Radhika Retreat, we value your time and travel plans. Kindly review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
- More than 15 days prior to check-in:
✔ 100% refund (after deduction of payment gateway charges, if any)
- 8 to 15 days prior to check-in:
✔ 50% refund of the total booking amount
- Within 7 days of check-in:
✔ No refund applicable
- No-show / Early check-out:
✔ No refund will be provided
2. Date Modification Policy
- One-time date modification may be allowed subject to availability
- Rate difference (if any) will be applicable
- Date change requests must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in
3. Peak Season & Special Dates
- Peak season / Long weekends / Christmas / New Year bookings are strictly non-refundable
- No date changes or cancellations will be entertained during peak dates
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only
5. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, roadblocks, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, management may offer date adjustment at its discretion. Cash refunds will not be applicable in such cases.
6. Policy Amendment
Radhika Retreat reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
